提花设计在精纺毛织物中的应用

摘　　要：提出了大提花技术与传统精纺呢绒设计的结合,分析研究了大提花技术的特点和精纺呢绒的品种要求,寻求两者的结合点。根据实践经验,从设计思路、织物组织、纱线选用、整理要求等各方面总结了如何在精纺呢绒中恰当运用提花设计,使面料既保持高档精毛纺呢绒的经典品质,又进一步提升档次、彰显高贵,突出时尚与个性。详述了在双面哔叽中加入奥运祥云图案的设计思路和方法。在精纺呢绒中成功应用大提花技术,不仅延伸了大提花技术的运用范围,更开拓了精纺呢绒的领域,打破了传统小花型之局限,大大扩展了设计思路,丰富了织物风格,使精纺呢绒有了更广的市场。The combination of the technology of jacquard with traditional design of worsted wool fabric was proposed.The characteristics of technology of jacquard and the quality of worsted wool fabric were analyzed and the combination point of both was sought. According to practical experience, considering the ideas of design, construction of fabric, selection of yarn, requirements of finishing and other aspects, the way to apply the design of jacquard to worsted wool fabric properly,to make the fabric maintains the high quality, while improving its grade, highlighting its noble, fashion and unique- ness were summarized. The idea ＆ technique of adding the Olympic clouds pattern into double-face serge were described. Applying the design of jacquard to worsted wool fabric successfully, not only does the scope of application of the technology of jacquard extend, but also open up the areas of worsted wool fabric. The restriction of traditional small designs is broken, the ideas of design greatly and enriches the fabric style are spread, it makes the worsted wool fabrics have a much broader market.
