摘  要:随着我国居民消费能力的提升和网络技术的飞速发展,参与网络购物的人数越来越多。因此,为网络购物提供物流服务的快递业也进入了一个黄金发展时期。但在众多民营快递企业快速发展的过程中,由于经营规模小、管理水平不高、技术落后等问题,制约了我国民营快递企业的发展。为此,民营快递企业应通过加大投入,加强整合实现规模经济,同时,提高管理水平和技术水平,加强员工培训,走专业化、差异化的经营之路。With the increase of household consuming capacity and the fast development of network technology,the number of online shopping rises.Therefore,the express industry which supplies logistic service to on-line shopping has entered into a golden period of development.But in the process of the rapid growth of private express enterprises,the development is constrained by many factors,such as small scale of operation,low level of management,a lack of technology and so on.Thus,private express enterprises should increase input and reinforce consolidation to realize economies of scale;besides,they are supposed to upgrade the level of management and technology,strengthen their staff training,and as well adopt specialized and differentiation operation.
