摘  要:随着特种车辆技术的迅速发展,特种车辆机电系统所采用的技术正发生着巨大变化,对于新一代的特种车辆需求而言,传统的各自独立的机电功能系统在整体上集成度低、控制功能单一、离散、缺乏对系统的有效监控和管理,同时保障费用高、维修性差、故障弱化水平低.因此,提出了特种车辆机电一体化综合管理系统的设计思想,即:根据机电系统在新一代特种车辆中承载的任务需求,采用一体化、综合化、智能化、信息化的设计方法,实现电能合理有序流动,以确保电网动态供电平衡及关键负载和重要负载的不间断供电;对机电管理系统的用电设备实施有限的管理和控制,以确保任务系统的正常工作;对配电设备和配电网络实施有效保护,以确保用电安全.With the rapid development of the technology of armored vehicles,great changes of techniques using in the mechanical and electronical management system of armored vehicles happened.Traditional unattached mechanical and electronical function system was low integration degree and short of Effective watch and management as a whole.And it disadvantaged because exclusive and discrete control,high guarantee cost,its bad services,and low levels of wakening faults.On the basis of tasks of the mechanical and electronical system in the new era of armored vehicles,integrative,intelligent and informational design methods were used.So the power could flow logically and ordinally.The dynamic balance of electric power net and uninterrupted power to important loads were ensured.Limited management and control of electro-equipments of the mechanical and electronical management system ensured natural work of task loads.Effective protection of distribution equipments and distribution network ensured electro-safety.
