冠脉评分法在急性心肌梗死应用中的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨在急性心肌梗死患者中3种冠状动脉评分方法的相关性。方法对我院2007~2010年收治确诊为急性心肌梗死并行冠状动脉造影的301例患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。采用相关分析,探讨3种评分方法间的相关性。结果 301例确诊为急性心肌梗死患者中,Gensini评分和Leaman评分的相关系数为0.856,ACC/AHA评分与Gensini评分的相关系数为0.413,ACC/AHA与Leaman评分的相关系数为0.554,p〈0.001。结论急性心肌梗死患者中,3种评分方法具有较高的相关性。Objective To study the relationship of different coronary scoring systems on acute myocardial infarction（AMI）. Methods A study of 301 patients with the final diagnosis of AMI was completed,and all the subjects were performed Coronary artery angiography. According to the severity of coronary artery stenosis, Gensini coronary scoring system, Leaman coronary scoring system and ACC /AHA coronary scoring system were respectively used to get marks with multiple analysis method, the relationship between different coronary scoring systems were assessed for determining the severity of coronary heart disease. Results in 301 acute myocardial infarction patients, the correlation coefficient of Gensini and Leaman is 0.856. Gensini and ACC/AHA is 0.413, ACC/AHA and Leaman is 0.554, p0.001. Conclusions The three coronary scoring systems has high correlation.
