摘　　要：目的探讨2:1房室阻滞伴干扰性房室脱节的心电图诊断。方法回顾分析12例2:1房室阻滞伴干扰性房室脱节患者的心电图。结果酷似三度房室阻滞的12例心电图,根据三度房室阻滞诊断标准"房室分离且RR间期>2倍PP间期,心室率<50bpm,心房率<135bpm"均可明确诊断为2:1房室阻滞合并干扰性房室脱节,交界性逸搏;伴发室性早搏8例,房室早搏2例,ST-T改变4例。结论伴有逸搏干扰的房室阻滞常使心电图复杂化,造成阻滞程度加重的伪象,易造成误诊,认真分析动态心电图有助于鉴别诊断。Objective To explore the ECG of atriaventricular block. Methods Analyze the ECG of 12 patients with atriaventricular block and atriaventricular interfere. Results There were 12 patients with ECG similar to the 3th degree AVB, but when the cretiria as RR interval2PP interval and the ventricular rate50bpm and atrial rate135bpm were used, these should be diagnosed as 2：1 AVB with atriaventricular interfere and atriaventricular escape rhythm, and there were 8 cases with ventricular premature beat, and 2 cases with atrial premature beat, and 4 cases with ST-T changes. Conclusion AVB with escape rhythm interfere were the main reason that made the ECG complex. The other criteria are helpful to the diagnosis.
