厦门市体育公共服务数据挖掘及量化分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对厦门市体育公共服务供给现状进行量化分析。结果显示:厦门市群众体育开展状况、体育场馆建设明显好转;"硬"性指标得到优化的同时,真正用于城市体育公共服务的体育场馆资源仍有限;存在体育公共服务积极性不高和体育公共服务仍难以满足不同群体差异化需求等问题。应改变城市体育公共服务评价存在的重"硬"轻"软"现象,提升体育场馆资源利用率的同时提高公民(顾客)满意度,关注公民的实际需求,构建城市体育公共服务评价过程中公民参与机制及方式。This paper analyzes the present condition of sports public service in Xiamen with the quantitative methods, literature review and questionnaires. It shows that it improves much in mass participation in sports and the sports venue construction. While the ＂hard＂ index is getting better, the resources of sports venues for urban public service are still to be improved. Meanwhile there are still problems, such as the low enthusiasm in sports public service, and the difficulty to meet the needs of different groups. It also puts forth the suggestions as follows, firstly, the evaluation of urban sports public service should be focused on the ＂software＂ rather than ＂hardware＂ ; secondly, while the sports venue resources are to be utilized farthest, it should meet the needs of the mass people. Lastly, the mechanism and ways for mass participation in public service evaluation process should be established.
