摘　　要：采用文献资料、实地调研等研究方法,对武汉市商业赛马产业的发展进行探究。认为:制约武汉市商业赛马产业发展的主要瓶颈在于其主体缺位,缺乏核心推动力,管理模式和运行机制不完善,缺乏舆论引导等。分析武汉市商业赛马产业发展的主要制因,从文化传播、立法保障、风险管理等方面提出相应的策略和发展路径。Using methods of literature review and field survey, the present research studies the situation of commercial horserace industry. The problem mainly lies in the absence of its main body, the lack of core drive, management and mechanism, and the missing of public opinion, etc. it also analyzes the causes of the development of commercial horserace in Wuhan and puts forward the strategies and methods, from the perspective of cultural communication, law protection and risk administration, and SO on.
