民族传统体育休闲化体系构建与实现路径

摘　　要：全球化时代,体育休闲是人们重要的余暇生活方式。民族传统体育具有现代社会提倡的休闲价值观,其发展要为民众休闲生活服务。运用文献资料法等,分析民族传统体育休闲化发展的制约因素,提出民族传统体育休闲化原则,构建民族传统体育休闲化体系。指出:民族传统体育应在保健养生体育交流展示活动的开展、岁时节庆活动的创新性延续、竞赛表演活动的商业转向、文化旅游体系的打造、校园体育活动的拓展等方面加强建设。Sport leisure becomes an important leisure lifestyle in the era of globalization. With the values of leisure included in traditional sports, methods and forms of traditional sports should be further probed into to serve the leisure life of people. The principles to adjust measure to local condition, principles of pertinence, comprehension, adjustment and innovation should be applied into the following 4 aspects ： 1 ） the continuity of festival activities; 2 ） the commercialized turn of competitive performance; 3 ） the comprehensive building of cultural tourism; 4） the expansion of school sports activities.
