摘　　要：社会环境的巨变使传统武术的发展遭遇瓶颈,寻求传统武术的生存途径是我们的时代责任。文章运用文献资料法,通过综合分析基层行政单位的工作特性,提出以基层行政单位为中心带动传统武术在民间发展的传承模式,重点在于为大力推广传统武术打造一个扎实基地,构建一个尚武崇德的和谐环境,为传统武术的薪火相传提供一条可行性途径。Great changes of the social environment make the traditional martial arts encounter bottleneck. Seeking the survival pathway of traditional martial arts is the responsibility of our times. Through comprehensive analysis of working characteristics of basic units, this paper used the literature review to analyze and put forward the develop- ment of folk inheritance model based on the centraladministrative units driventhe development oftraditional martial. The key important is to build a solid base for promoting traditional martial arts, build a military morality education harmonious environment and provide a feasible way of the incense for the traditional martial arts legend.
