摘　　要：以法制为视角,提出足球立法的必要性,从足球发展、社会因素、诸多足球现实问题需要法制等方面探讨足球立法的动因;从世界其它国家足球立法先例、法制足球的实践经验等探析足球立法的可行性;从足球法制建设的滞后、足球环境的改善等方面分析足球立法存在的困境。This paper puts forward the necessity of football from the angle of legal system, discusses the reason of football legislation from football development, social factor and many practical problems, analyzes the feasibility of football legislation from other countries football legislation and practical experience, and points out the puzzle to football Legislation from the development of football legislation and the improvement of football environment
