摘 要:大规模波动性的光伏电源接入电网,由于系统调峰能力不足,可能造成本地消纳不足,势必造成低谷时段大量弃光伏发电量的现象.为了保证电网正常运行,在充分考虑光伏发电的特点以及不同类型发电机组调峰能力差异的条件下制定了发电机组检修计划,通过在检修计划阶段合理预留优化系统各时段的调峰能力,减少低谷时段弃光伏发电,对提高电网的安全经济运行具有重要的意义.通过数值积分方法,将含概率积分的问题转化为混合整数规划问题求解,并用算例验证了模型与方法的正确性与合理性.Due to inadequate power system peaking capacity and local loads for significant waving photovoltaic power penetration,a lot of photovoltaic power is wasted during valley load periods.To ensure the normal operation of power grids,a generation maintenance scheduling model with significant photovoltaic power penetration is presented,considering the different output characteristics of photovoltaic power in different types of units with different peak capability.The waste photovoltaic power during valley load periods is reduced and the safety and economic operation of power grids is improved by reserving reasonable peaking capacity when maintenance is scheduled.An effective modeling method is designed,transforming the probability integration objective function into mixed-integer programming problem by numerical integration method.The analysis and discussions on the results of numerical examples verify the feasibility and validity of the model.
