摘  要:为进一步提高测试系统的准确性,在研究机械振动分析理论与常用测试方法的基础上,设计开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的机械微振动三维测试与分析系统。以LabVIEW为开发平台,实现信号采集、数据处理、时域分析、频域分析、存储、回放和故障诊断等功能;利用小波分析对信号进行处理得到故障特征信号,解决了复杂机械微振动的技术分析,具有界面友好、操作简单和性能好等优点。With the analysis of mechanical vibration and common measurement method,a kind of three-dimensional testing and analysis system was designed on the basis of virtual instrument technology for mechanical micro vibration in order to improve the accuracy of test system.The system was designed on LabVIEW workbench and had a lot of functions,such as signal acquisition,data processing,time domain analysis,frequency analysis,storage,playback and fault diagnosis and so on.Using wavelet to process the signal and obtain fault feature signal,it solved the technology analysis problem of complex mechanical micro vibration,and possessed many advantages such as a friendly interface,easy operation and good performance.
