摘 要:从北京某处土壤中分离得到一株能代谢硫化钠的耐高温碱性脱硫菌株,记作T1,菌落微小、黄色和乳黄色,细胞呈短杆状(0.3~0.5μm×1.0~1.5μm),运动,G(-),鉴定为硫杆菌(Thiobacillus)。能在含硫离子、硫代硫酸盐、硫酸盐、亚硫酸盐的培养基中生长,以CO2为碳源,以铵盐或硝酸盐为氮源。对细菌培养条件进行研究,初步得到较为适宜的培养条件:温度为45℃,pH值为9.0,摇床转速为150 r/min,在此条件下进行培养,知其世代时间为48 h。在培养基中人为地加入硫化钠,以5%的接种量加入该菌,经72 h,硫化钠的脱除率达89.2%,并转化为单质硫。此结果为该菌在DDS脱硫液的工业应用提供了菌种来源。A desulfurization strain that is identified with a kind of thermophilic alkaline desulphuricant is designated as strain T1.It is isolated from the soil of a certain place in Beijing,China,The colony (0.3-0.5 × 1.0-1.5 μm),being motive and Gram negative.Strain T1 can use thiosulfate,sulfate,sulfite,or sulfide respectively as its sulfur source,use carbon dioxide as its carbon source,and ammonium or nitrate as its nitrogen source.Conventional and chemotax-onomic analyses show that the strain is in good agreement with Thiobacillus.For T1,the optimum growth temperature is 45℃,the optimum pH is 9.0 and the optimum rocking speed of sorting table is 150 r/min.Under the optimum cultre conditions,the cells of the strain can live for about 48 h.In the desulfurization solution,which is prepared according to the composition of medium,objectionable constituents of sodium sulfide are added factitiously,with inoculation of 5% of the strain,the percentage loss of the concentration of sodium sulfide content reaches 89.2% in 72 hours,and simple sulfur is produced.Maybe,this kind of strain can be used as the regeneration's bacterial source for the industrial application of DDS solution.
