中低水头电站水轮机活动导叶密封改造研究

摘　　要：对于中低水头电站,水轮机活动导叶密封失效一直是困扰水电站运行管理及检修维护的突出问题。葛洲坝电站拥有多年的运行、检修经验,为解决活动导叶密封失效问题,研究设计了两种新型密封结构,并通过了真机改造、运行验证,成功地解决了水轮机活动导叶密封失效的问题。For low and middle head hydropower plants,the failure of guide vane seal is a prominent problem,and it makes lots of trouble for the units of hydropower plant frequently.Gezhouba Hydropower Plant has years of experience with running and overhauling.Two kinds of new guide vane seal structures are studied and designed to solve the problem.With the new seal structures of the real units transformed and testified respectively,we have solved the problem successfully.
