摘 要:设计并制备了TiZrCuB 4种急冷箔带钎料,对比研究了其性能和在Si3N4陶瓷上的润湿性.结果表明:Ti30Zr25B0.2Cu,Ti35Zr25B0.2Cu,Ti40Zr25B0.2Cu和Ti45Zr25B0.2Cu 4种急冷箔带钎料的结构均为非晶;与同成分的晶态钎料相比,非晶钎料的液固相线温度均降低,且熔化温度区间变窄;活性元素Ti含量、钎焊工艺对钎料在Si3N4陶瓷上的润湿性有明显影响;在试验范围内,Ti40Zr25B0.2Cu钎料的润湿性最好;在相同钎焊工艺参数下,同成分的非晶钎料和晶态钎料相比,其润湿性明显提高.Four quench TiZrCuB brazing filler metals are designed and prepared successfully,and their performances and wetting abilities on the Si3N4 ceramic are carried out.The results show that the structures of Ti30Zr25B0.2Cu,Ti35Zr25B0.2Cu,Ti40Zr25B0.2Cu and Ti45Zr25B0.2Cu are all amorphous.Comparing with the crystalline filler with the same composition,the amorphous filler metal has lower liquid-solid phase line temperature and narrower melting temperature range,the content of active element Ti and the brazing process have a significant effect on the filler′s wetting ability on Si3N4 ceramic.Under the experiment conditions in this study,Ti40Zr25B0.2Cu brazing filler metal has best wetting ability.In the condition of same brazing process parameters,the amorphous solder wetting property is higher than that of crystalline solder with the same composition.
