摘 要:针对纳米氧化锌的团聚以及与涂料结合性差的问题进行了相关改性工作,研究了改性后的纳米氧化锌对丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层防腐性及其它性能的影响.用高分子聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)接枝KH570改性后的纳米氧化锌改善了氧化锌与涂层的结合力,且提高了其分散性,接枝最佳条件为:偶联剂KH570的用量为纳米ZnO质量的5%,单体(MMA)的用量为纳米ZnO质量的3倍,引发剂过硫酸铵的用量为单体(MMA)质量的2.0%,实验温度为油浴75℃,时间5 h.将PMMA接枝改性后的纳米氧化锌加入丙烯酸聚氨酯中,通过测试与分析得出此复合涂层力学性能有较大幅度提高,而且防腐性能优于未改性的纳米涂层.Considering the reunion of nano-ZnO and its poor combined ability with coating,related modification is developed;and then the anti-corrosion and other performance of acrylic polyurethane coating are added into the modified nano-ZnO.In order to improve nano-ZnO′s adhesion with the coating and its dispersion,high molecular PMMA is chosen to graft the nano-ZnO modified by KH570.The best conditions of graft are that the content of KH570 is 4wt% nano-ZnO,the content of evocating agent-ammonium persulfate is 2.0wt% MMA monomer,the content of monomer is 3 times quality of nano-ZnO particles,the temperature is 75 ℃ in oil bath,and the experimental time is 5h.FT-IR,test of contact angle and SEM prove that the graft is successful.Adding the PMMA grafted nano-ZnO into acrylic polyurethane,testing and analyzing show that the mechanical properties of composite coating are improved greatly,and its anti-corrosion performance is superior to that of the titanate modified nano-coating.
