摘 要:采用油酸对纳米TiO2粒子进行表面改性,并用红外光谱、接触角测定仪、扫描电镜、X-射线衍射及热重分析对改性效果进行表征.实验结果表明,改性后的TiO2粒子疏水性增强,团聚现象明显减少.说明通过油酸改性,提高了无机纳米TiO2粒子在有机物中的分散性,为其参加原位乳液聚合创造了条件.随后用改性后的纳米TiO2与丙烯酸酯单体进行原位聚合反应,制备了纳米TiO2改性纯丙乳液.用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、粒度分析和热重分析对纳米TiO2改性纯丙乳液进行了表征,结果表明其热稳定性和耐紫外光性均得到提高.The surface properties of nano-TiO2 are successfully improved by oleic acid.The modification effects have been investigated by FTIR,contact angle analyzer,SEM,XRD and TGA.The results show that the hydrophobicity of nano-TiO2 is increased and nano-TiO2 has less glomeration.The modified nano-TiO2 powder will disperse very well in organic medium,which provides suitable conditions for in-situ emulsion polymerization.Using modified nano-TiO2 powder and in-situ emulsion polymerization technology,the emulsion is prepared.Furthermore,it is characterized with FTIR,TGA,laser particle size analyzer and UV-vis spectrophotometer.The results show the thermal stability and ultra-violet resistance of poly(MMA-MB-MAA)/TiO2 nanocomposites are better than these of pure acrylic emulsion.
