摘  要:利用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对膨润土进行活化改性,用微波干法制备有机膨润土,并用制备的改性膨润土对含Cr(VI)模拟废水进行吸附实验.结果表明,用5%的CTMAB溶液改性后的膨润土去除Cr(VI)效果较好,当改性膨润土用量为1.5 g/L、pH值为4、搅拌30 min时,有机膨润土对含Cr(VI)废水的去除率超过98%;有机改性膨润土对含Cr(VI)废水的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附方程.Bentonite is modified by anionic surfactants cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in this paper.Organic bentonite is prepared through microwave dry process,and adsorption experiment of Cr(Ⅵ) in wastewater is carried out with the modified bentonite obtained.The results show that the bentonite modified by 5% mass concentration CTMAB solution has the best adsorption ability.The removal ratio of Cr(Ⅵ) can reach greater than 98% under the following condition: the dosage of modified bentonite is 1.5 g/L,the value of pH is 4,the adsorption time is 30 mins.The organic-modified bentonite'absorption on the Cr(VI)-containing wastewater conforms to the Freundlich absorption isothermal equation.
