摘 要:针对目前RC-80叶丝回潮机在实际生产过程中存在的问题,对其进行了改造:拆除原RC-80叶丝回潮机的一区、三区靠近回潮机入口及出口的加水喷嘴,对余下的加水喷嘴重组为新的一区及二区.固定改造后一区加水喷嘴的加水量,将二区的加水量改由PLC自动调节.改造后,降低了回潮机喷嘴引射雾化水凝结滴入烟丝中的风险,烟丝结垢及"湿团"现象得到明显改善;减小了回潮机由传统的人工控制加水带来的出口烟丝水分的波动;通过适当增加一区加水量,提高了出口烟丝的整丝率,降低了过程造碎.According to the problems of conditioning cylinder in practice,the improvement was conducted: 1) the nozzles closed to the entrance and exit of conditioning cylinder were removed and the amount of the nozzles in different adding water areas were reassembled.2) the amount of adding water in area 1 was confirmed and the amount of adding water in area 2 was automatically adjusted by using PLC.After the improvement,the condensation of atomized water which led to the cut tobacco scaling in conditioning cylinder were decreased,and the risk of moisture fluctuations of cut tobacco operated by the traditional artificial control were reduced,the whole cut rate was increased and tobacco breakage was reduced by properly raised the adding water in area 1.
