摘　　要：民族地区高校科技创新能力评价研究对实现全国高等教育的整体发展和推动区域创新体系建设具有重要的现实意义.本文在建立民族地区高校科技创新能力评价指标体系的基础上,选取湘西自治州的吉首大学作为研究样本,运用层次分析法进行评价分析.结果表明,民族地区高校科技创新能力评价指标的贡献值为合理配置科技资源和制定民族地区高校科技创新战略提供依据.The study of the science technology（ST） innovation capability evaluation of the universities in minority areas has important practical significance in achieving the overall development of higher education in the country and promoting the construction of regional innovation system.Taking Jishou University in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as an example,the paper is based on the evaluation indexes of the ST innovation capability evaluation of the universities in minority areas and uses analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to evaluate.The results show that the contribution of the index system of the ST innovation capability evaluation of the universities in minority areas provides a basis for the rational allocation of ST resources and making the strategies of the ST innovation of the universities in minority areas.
