摘　　要：2009年四川某鸭场发生一种以肝脏出血、肿大等为主要病变特征的传染病.从患病雏鸭肝脏中分离的病毒能致死鸭胚,人工感染2日龄雏鸭能复制出与临床自然发病鸭相同的临床症状和病理变化,经RT-PCR鉴定和遗传进化分析证实该病毒分离株属基因C型鸭甲肝病毒(DHAV).A disease occurred with the main pathological characteristics of the duck liver bleeding,swelling occurred in Sichuan in 2009.These isolates are lethal to the duck-embryo separated from the embryo-livers of duck with diseases.2 old-day ducks infected with these isolates show the same clinical symptoms and pathological changes with clinically dead ducks.This disease is confirmed by animal relapsing and RT-PCR test to be duck hepatitis caused by duck hepatitis A virus（DHAV）.Genetic analysis shows that the isolated strains in our experiment belong to duck hepatitis A virus genotype C.
