中药复方“病毒克”对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究抗病毒中药复方对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响,为临床合理运用提供实验依据.方法:实验小鼠分为药物组、生理盐水组、病毒组、药物病毒组.以小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数和吞噬百分率为检测指标,观察抗病毒中药复方在生理和病理(猪瘟兔化弱毒疫苗攻毒)情况下对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响.结果:病毒组吞噬指数和吞噬百分率明显低于生理盐水组(P<0.01),药物组吞噬百分率明显高于生理盐水组(P<0.05),药物病毒组和病毒组无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:中药复方"病毒克"能显著提高生理情况下小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率,在病理情况下对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能具有一定的促进作甪.Objective：To provide experimental data for clinical application,and to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on non-specific immune function in mice.Methods：The mice are randomly divided into drug group,physiological saline group,virus group,and drug virus group in the experiment.With the phagocytic index and rate of peritoneal macrophage as Measurement Indicators,the effect is observed of the traditional Chinese medicine on non-specific immune function under the circumstance of physiology and the condition of mice injected Hog Cholera Lapinized Virus.Results：The phagocytic index and percentage of virus group are significantly lower than physiological saline group（p0.01）;the percentage of drug group is significantly higher than physiological saline group（p0.05）;drug virus group and drug group have no significant difference（p0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese herbal compound Bing Du Ke can significantly improve the devouring percentage of mice sub-peritoneal macrophage in physiology and has certain stimulated effect on mice sub-peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis function under the pathologic condition.
