摘　　要：daintain是由巨噬细胞产生的炎症因子.我们前期的研究发现daintain通过激活核因子NF-kappaB和细胞周期蛋白D1,促进了乳腺癌细胞的增生,并可在体内加速乳腺癌肿块的生长,为了进一步研究daintain对乳腺癌细胞的作用机制,本研究利用western blot结合电泳技术分离了daintain在乳腺癌细胞系MDA-MB-435S中的一个相互作用蛋白,检测其肽指纹图谱,鉴定为β-actin,daintain与β-actin的结合暗示了daintain可促进乳腺癌细胞的迁移或浸润.Daintain is a macrophage inflammatory factor.A previous study demonstrates that daintain promotes breast cancer proliferation via activation of the NF-kappaB/cyclin D1 pathway and facilitates tumor growth.To investigate the regulatory mechanism of daintain on breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-435S by western blot and SDS-PAGE under the same condition,this paper isolates a binding protein of daintain in breast cancer cell line,and characterizes it as β-actin according to the peptide mass fingerprint.The bind suggests that daintain could promote breast cancer cell migration.
