摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的病因和病理机制与细胞凋亡密切相关,对PCOS患者细胞凋亡发生的时空特点、影响因素及机制,细胞凋亡对PCOS卵母细胞质量及妊娠结局的影响以及干预措施进行综述,为PCOS病因的理论研究和对患者的临床治疗提供依据。The etiology and pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） are strongly associated with cell apoptosis.In this review,apoptosis in patients with PCOS was discussed,including its spatial and temporal characteristics,its factors and mechanisms,its effects on the oocyte quality and pregnancy outcome,as well as its potential interventions.It may be helpful to improve the etiological study and clinical therapy for PCOS.
