摘　　要：《尚书》中有关河洛地区的篇章,从一个侧面反映了夏商周三代都洛的历史兴替。夏桀不务国政,背道而驰,丧失民心,最终落得城破国亡。成汤、太甲、盘庚在亳都留下了开拓奋斗的慷慨浩歌。周公、君陈、毕公前后相承共同努力,使东都洛邑得以繁荣昌盛,成为周人统御东方各地的中心阵地,在东周历史上具有至高地位。From the writings about Heluo Area in ＂The Book of History＂,we can get to know the up-and-down changes happened in Luoyang,the capital city during the three dynasties of Xia,Shang,and Zhou in Chinese history.The Emperor Jie of Xia Dynasty neglected his duty,and indulged too much in extravagances.So he lost people′s support,at last the capital city collapsed and the country was destroyed.After that,the early time of Shang Dynasty saw Tang,Tai-jia and Pan-geng,the founders of the dynasty,striving hard in the land of Bo（the other name of Luoyang in Shang）,where a flourishing age appeared.The Zhou Dynasty also witnessed the joint efforts and hard work of Zhou-gong,Jun-chen and Bi-gong,so Luo-yi（also Luoyang）,the capital of Western Zhou Dynasty,had prospered and became a center of domination in eastern China and enjoyed prestigious reputation in the history of Eastern Zhou Dynasty.
