摘 要:对冷却塔进行了刚性模型测压风洞试验,并在此基础上建立冷却塔结构有限元模型,分析拆除不同位置人字柱时其他人字柱的受力性能。结果表明:风荷载作用下人字柱的受力主要由拉力控制,在背风侧拆除1对人字柱时,其他人字柱的受力性能相对最好;建议临时拆除人字柱时,结合风洞试验和当地风速、风向资料,综合考虑施工和运输的方便性,尽量选在多塔比例系数较小的吹风角度的背风侧。Based on the cooling towers' pressure-measured wind tunnel tests of rigid models, finite element model was founded to research the diagonal columns' mechanical property when removing one pair in different positions. The results show that tensile force is dominating in the diagonal columns' all inner forces, and the lee-wind side is the best place to remove one pair of diagonal columns in the temporary period. It is suggested that the removing position should choose the lee wind side with the smallest wind effect factor based on the wind tunnel tests and the wind speed and direction materials in the field. The convenience in the construction and transportation should also be considered, and the blowing angle in lee-wind side should be collected for smaller group towers' effect factors.
