摘 要:【目的】筛选高效、低毒、低残留柑橘煤烟病杀菌剂供柑橘生产使用。【方法】采用生长速率法测定6种杀菌剂对柑橘煤烟病菌的室内毒力作用。【结果】6种杀菌剂对柑橘煤烟病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果不同,50%多菌灵WP的抑菌作用最强,其EC50为1.8165×10-4μg/mL;70%甲基硫菌灵WP次之,其EC50为0.2051μg/mL;80%代森锰锌WP的EC50值为1.3470μg/mL,其抑菌作用也较强;75%百菌清WP的抑菌活性最差,其EC50为348.2487μg/mL。【结论】50%多菌灵WP、70%甲基硫菌灵WP和80%代森锰锌WP对柑橘煤烟病菌具有较好的抑制作用,可进一步进行大田试验。【Objective】Objective of the present study was to screen the highly efficient, low toxic and non-residual fungicides for controlling citrus fuliginous pathogen for alternative use in citrus production. 【Method】Toxicity effects of six fungicides on citrus fuliginous pathogen were investigated by measuring the growth rate of fungus. 【Result】The six fungicides differed in their effects on mycelium growth of citrus fuliginous pathogen. 50% carbendazim WP showed the best antibacterial activity with 1.8165×10-4 μg/mL EC50 value followed by 70% thiophanate-methyl WP and 80% mancozeb WG with 0.2051 and 1.3470 μg/mL EC50 values, respectively. The effect of 75% chlorothalonil WP was found as worst with 348.2487 μg/mL EC50 value. 【Conclusion】The three fungicides, viz., 50% carbendazim WP, 70% thiophanate-methyl WP and 80% mancozeb WG showed better inhibitory effects on citrus fuliginous pathogen, their application may be recommended in plantations affected with citrus fuliginous pathogen.
