摘　　要：介绍了双层卷焊管生产线的结构组成,重点分析了生产工艺中卷管成型和钎焊等关键工序,并对生产线中关键工艺参数的检测与控制进行了研究。In this paper,the structure of double wall brazed tube production line is introduced,and the critical processes,such as forming and brazing process,are emphatically analyzed.The test and control of the key process parameters are researched.
