复方石斛合剂治疗2型糖尿病90例

摘　　要：目的观察复方石斛合剂治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效。方法选取120例T2DM患者按空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素水平分层后,分为对照组30例,治疗组90例,对照组服西药加四君子汤,治疗组服西药加复方石斛合剂,2组疗程均为90 d,治疗前后检测空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hBG)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果治疗组的FBG、2hBG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、TC、TG指标较对照组均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论复方石斛合剂对降低T2DM患者的血糖、血脂、减轻胰岛素抵抗有确切的疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dendrobium Compound on type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods 120 T2DM patients were assigned to two groups according to the levels of fasting blood glucose,HbAlc and serum insulin,the control group received routine western medicine plus Sijunzi decoction,and the treatment group were taken routine western medicine plus supplemented Dendrobium Compound for 90 days.The levels of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2 h postprandial blood glucose（2hBG）,fasting insulin,HbAlc and blood fat including total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） were detected before and after the treatment,and insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR） was calculated.Results Compare with the control group,the levels of FBG,2hBG,HbA1c,HOMA-IR,TC and TG in the treatment group were decreased respectively after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Dendrobium Compound can decrease blood glucose and blood fat,reduce insulin resistance,and has definite therapeutic effect on T2DM.
