摘  要:目的观察清毒化瘀汤治疗湿热夹瘀型乙肝后肝硬化失代偿期内毒素血症的疗效。方法选择符合湿热夹瘀型乙肝后肝硬化失代偿期患者90例,随机分为清毒化瘀汤组(中药治疗组)60例与西药对照组30例,以无器质性疾病的健康体检者30例为健康对照组,观察治疗前后3组血浆ET、血清TNF-α及临床症状变化。结果中药治疗组治疗后血浆ET、血清TNF-α明显下降(P<0.01),优于西药对照组(P<0.05);Child-Pugh肝功能评分与中医临床症状积分显著降低(P<0.01),总有效率90%。结论清毒化瘀汤能显著降低湿热夹瘀型肝硬化失代偿期患者血浆ET、血清TNF-α含量,改善患者临床症状,明显提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingdu Huayu decoction on endotoxemia in liver cirrhosis with damp heat and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 90 patients diagnosed hepatitis B cirrhosis in Decompensation Stage with damp heat and blood stasis syndrome in decompensation stage were assigned to Qingdu Huayu decoction group(n=60) and Western medicine control group(n=30),then another 30 patients were chosed as healthy control group.The change of blood plasma ET,serum TNF-α and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the level of plasma ET,serum TNF-α in treatment group was decreased respectively(P0.01),and the decreasing amplitude in treatment group was higher than that in control group,and there was a significant difference between them(P0.05).The liver function score and clinical symptoms score in treatment group were also decreased significantly(P0.01),and the total effective rate was 90%.Conclusion Qingdu Huayu decoction could significantly decreas the levels of plasma ET and serum TNF-α,improve clinical symptoms and improve life quality of patients diagnosed hepatitis B cirrhosis with damp heat and blood stasis syndrome in decompensation stage.
