摘 要:目的确定硬孔灵芝三萜酸乙醇回流提取法的最佳工艺。方法通过L9(34)正交试验,优选乙醇回流提取硬孔灵芝三萜酸的最佳工艺。结果影响95%乙醇回流提取硬孔灵芝三萜酸的因素是:温度>提取时间>提取次数>料液比,最优水平组合为:提取温度60℃、提取3次、料液比1∶25、提取时间2 h。在此条件下,硬孔灵芝三萜酸的平均提取率为6.53%,RSD为2.57%。结论乙醇回流法提取硬孔灵芝三萜酸得率高,提取工艺简单可行。Objective To study the optimal extraction process for triterpenic acid from Ganoderma duropora Lloyd.Methods The orthogonal experiment and ethanol reflux method were used to optimize the extraction process.Results The main influencing factor of triterpenic acid from Ganoderma duropora Lloyd extracted by 95% ethanol reflux was temperature,the next was extraction time,and the last was ratio of material to solvent.The optimal conditions for the extraction were obtained as follow as the ratio of material to solvent 1:25 at 60℃ for 2 hours,the extraction times was 2,then the average yield of triterpenic acid was 6.53%(RSD=2.57%).Conclusion The method is simple,and the yield of triterpenic acid is high under the conditions.The process can be used for the extraction of triterpenic acid from Ganoderma duropora Lloyd.
