摘 要:列管换热器是干燥热风炉常用的换热器型式,为了探究降低高温大容量热风炉用换热器投资成本的途径,使用平均对数温差法(LMTD法)计算列管换热器在空气升高不同温度时的换热面积,绘制了空气升高温度差Δt=t2-t1与平均换热面积F/(t2-t1)的换热曲线。经分析得到列管换热器的经济温度区域,这种经济性分析法可以应用于高温大容量热风炉两级换热器的设计和选型。Pipe heat exchangers are the common equipment of air-heating furnaces. To explore the way of reducing the investment on exchangers of the high-power air heating furnaces with high temperature, Heat exchange area of the pipe heat exchanger is computed by LMTD when air has been heated to different temperatures. The graph is drawn about the relation between temperature difference At=t2- t1 and average heat exchange area F/(t2- t1 ). The economical temperature district of the pipe heat exchanger has been achieved. The analysis of economic per- formance has the more practical value in choosing and designing the exchangers of the hot blast stoves with high power and high temperature.
