摘 要:随着深海油气开采的不断深入,海底管道铺设用全位置自动外焊机得到了广泛的开发和应用。我国的全位置自动外焊机尚处于研发阶段,海底管道铺设用全位置自动外焊机则完全依靠进口。笔者在深入剖析国内外广泛应用的几种焊机行走机构的结构基础上,设计了适用于S型海底管道铺设用全位置自动外焊机的行走机构。该机构将焊机的驱动机构和锁紧机构完美的结合在一起,在保证焊机可靠运行的基础上,减小了焊机的尺寸,简化了操作过程。With the deepening exploitation of deepwater oil and gas, the pipeline all-position auto- welding machine has been widely developed and applied in the seabed pipe installation. However, the pipeline all-position auto welding machine is still at the research and development stage in China, especially the seabed pipe installation auto-welding machine. Based on the analysis of the structure of the travelling mechanism of several widely-used pipeline auto-welding machines, a new travelling mechanism, which is applicable to the S-type submarine pipeline laying, is designed in this paper. The driving mechanism and locking mechanism are strongly aligned by this travelling mechanism. In a reliable operation, the weight and measurement of the welding bug are reduced and the operating process is simplified as well.
