摘 要:为了研究微生物驱油技术的施工工艺及驱油效果,对所选油藏区块采用天然岩芯进行微生物驱油室内物理模拟实验。试验菌种是从中原油田地层油水样中分离纯化复配而成。结果显示在岩心含水98%左右微生物驱油提高采收率7.35%~21.55%。选择卫7块明159井组实施微生物驱油现场试验,增油1 695t,降水1 943t。室内物理模拟实验和现场试验表明:微生物驱油能够起到强化采油,提高原油采收率的效果。In order to research the microbial flooding technical construction process and displacement effect,a laboratory physical simulation experiment has been performed for natural cores on microbial flooding for the select areas of the reservoir, which provides the basis for the feasibility of on-site implement. Using the solution of three bacteria, which are enriched from the formation water in Zhongyuan oilfield, three microbial flooding experiments were developed for block Wei 34, Qiao 29 and Wei 7. Core tests show that the recovery has been improved by 7.35 to 21.55% for cores after water cut is over 98%, averagely recovery improved by 14.65%. The technology applied in well group Ming 159, block Wei 7 has increased crude oil 1695 tons and reduced water 1943 tons. The results show that microbial flooding in some areas in Zhongyong oilfield will improve the recovery.
