摘 要:中间相炭微球(MCMB)是一具有极大开发潜力和应用前景的新型炭材料。通过对MCMB的微观结构、粒径分布、收率、热失重等性能检测与分析,探讨了氧化铁掺杂对MCMB制备的影响规律。结果表明:添加氧化铁有利于MCMB表面的絮状物减少,球形度变好,粒径分布变窄;氧化铁可以促进反应的进行,使MCMB的收率随氧化铁增加而提高;氧化铁掺杂对MCMB失重率有一定的影响,使热失重较快达到平稳状态。Mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) are new carbon materials with great exploitation potential and a promising prospect. By testing and analyzing the performance of MCMB, such as microstructure, size distribution, yield, thermal weight loss and so on, researchers try to explore how Fe2 O3 affect the preparation of MCMB. The results indicate that adding Fez Oa are helpful to reduce the surface masses of MCMB, to make a better spherical curve, and to narrow the particle size distribution. Fe2O3 can promote the reaction, so that the yield of MCMB increased with the adding of Fe2O3. Fe2O3 have an impact on thermal weight loss of MCMB, which makes it reach a thermal steady state quickly.
