中外优秀健美操混双运动员难度动作的对比研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、录像分析、数理统计以及专家访谈等方法,对2010年第十一届世界健美操锦标赛混双项目中外选手的成套难度动作进行对比研究。结果表明我国混双选手与世界先进水平的差距在逐渐拉大,主要表现在:难度动作完成质量不高导致得分率低、难度动作选择欠多样性以及难度空间转换、利用的非均衡性。并进一步从国内混双项目的现状咎其落后的原因提出相应建议,从而为我国运动员备战2011年深圳世界大运会健美操混双比赛提供一定的参考。Using the methods of literature review, video analysis, mathematic statistics and expert interviewing, this paper compared the set difficult actions between Chinese and foreign mixed pairs in the l lth International Aerobic Championship 2010. The result suggests that there is an increasing gap between Chinese and foreign excellent aerobic mixed pairs and it is evident in terms of the unqualified performance, unvaried design and unproportionality of space shifting and using of difficult action of Chinese mix pairs. In addition, we proposed some suggestions for the coming aerobics competition in the World University Games 2011 at Shenzhen from the perspective of the current situation and its reasons of the mixed pairs in China.
