高校“定点定向、委托代管”教育实习模式探究

摘　　要：教育实习是高校教育人才培养的重要组成部分,是培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要举措,而教育实习模式是实现教育实习目标的基本途径。通过结合我校思政教育专业20多年的教育实习经验,界定了"定点定向、委托代管"教育实习模式的主要涵义,分析了它的主要特点及其现实意义,并提出了该实习模式的主要策略。Educational practice is the main part to bring up educational talents at colleges and universities,the important means to foster students′ innovative spirit and improve their practical ability.Meanwhile the educational practice model is the basic approach to achieve its goal.In the light of the experiences in the educational practice of more than two decades in the discipline of ideological and political education at Fujian Normal University,the major meanings of ＂fixed orientation,commissioned hosting＂ model in the educational practice are defined and its characteristics and realistic significance are analyzed.Meanwhile the major strategy of this practical model is proposed.
