摘　　要：案件管辖权限的划分与确认是司法机关履行司法公权力的基础,随着社会的发展进步,司法管辖的理论及实践也应与时俱进。如何清晰地界定铁检机关的管辖权限,如何利用管辖权限的划分、完善创新铁检管辖理论、充分发挥铁检检察职能,更好地服务于铁路运输现代化建设与发展,值得我们进行深入探讨。The division of jurisdiction is an essential job for judicial agents to execute their authority. With social progress and development, theory and practice of the jurisdiction should be with the times. To serve the railway modernization, the following issues should be taken into account： How to clearly define jurisdiction of the railway procuratorate, how to adopt the division of jurisdiction, how to improve the theory of jurisdiction, and how to make full use of the function of the procuratorates.
