基于失地农民安置的居民点规划实践与探索——以当阳市木店村陶苑小区规划为例

摘　　要：工业化和城市化进程中必然产生大量失地农民,他们的安置问题涉及到许多方面,其中就包括住区安置。本文借助湖北省当阳市一个安置小区的实际案例,通过研究当地生活环境和社会背景,在规划与建筑设计中着力探讨适合当地习惯的居住生活空间,并根据其为工业园区提供生活配套服务的特点,创造向非农产业转移的生存条件,以积极的态度解决城市化进程中的城乡矛盾。Industrialization and urbanization has led to a large number of land-deprived peasants.Their resettlement involves several factors,including residential resettlement.With a resettlement community in Dangyang County,Hubei province as a study case,the article will emphasize the residential space conforming to the local habits in terms of planning and structural design through researches into the local living environment and social background.The community has provided supporting service to the industrial park,making the shift to non-agricultural industries possible and positively addressed the contradictions between the city and the countryside emerging from urbanization.
