摘 要:根据布拉格衍射效应原理,设计了一种声光调制器实验样机.声光效应产生一级衍射光,其强度与射频控制信号直接相关.另外,设计的调制器的上升沿时间由声波穿过激光光束的渡越时间决定.为了得到高速调制的效果,根据需要将激光光束进行汇聚,使其穿过调制器的光束直径最小.结果显示,实验样机设计完善,实验装置能够很稳定的正常工作,相应的实验都达到了预期的效果.According to Bragg diffraction effect principle,the effect produces the first-level reflected light and its intensity and radio frequency control signal are direct correlated.The designed modulator's rise depends on the time that the sound waves pass through laser light beams along the time.In order to obtain the high speed modulation effect,laser light beams were gathered in order to minimize the diameter when they pass through modulator.The experimental results show that the design of the experiments is perfect,the experimental devices can stably work and all of the experiments have achieved anticipated effect.
