基于Internet的山东省作物种质资源共享平台的开发与研究

摘　　要：针对山东省作物种质资源保存分散、标准不同和共享困难等问题,在成功开发单机版山东省作物种质资源数据库管理系统的基础上,采用B/S设计模式和J2EE系统架构,用Java 1.5语言设计开发了基于Internet的山东省作物种质资源共享平台。后台采用SQL Server2000数据库,平台设计开发充分利用了先进的框架技术如struts和hibernate,使系统各层之间结构更加合理,独立性更强,实现了页面展现层、业务逻辑层、持久化层和数据层4层分离的体系结构,很好地提高了种质资源共享平台的可移植性、可维护性和可扩展性。平台的建立与运行为山东省作物种质资源收集保存、鉴定评价、标准化整理、数字化表达和利用提供了一个与国家种质资源库和互联网对接的作物种质资源数据管理与信息发布系统,实现了真正意义上的作物种质资源数据共享,为社会各界相关工作者提供了更加全面的种质资源信息。This system adopted Java 1.5, B/S structure, J2EE framework and SQL Server 2000 for database based on personal edition of crop germplasm resources database, to solve the problems such as dispersed preservation, different standards and difficult to share data of Shandong crop germplasm resources. It made use of advanced framework technology such as struts and hibernate with more reasonable and independent layer structure to realize 4 separated layers including web page layer, business logic layer, persistent layer and date layer. It also had a good transplantation, maintenance and expansibility. The system which connected with Chinese Crop Germplasm Resources Information System provided a new platform for the preservation, evaluation, standardization and digitization of Shandong crop germplasm resources, as well as real data more comprehensive information for the whole society.
