摘  要:某大型水轮发电机组投产后发现正常运行时噪音较大,经测量其定子铁心振动偏大,且含有较多的100Hz振动分量。本文通过分析分数槽绕组产生的谐波磁动势,计算出各次谐波磁动势的分布系数,并提出一种梳齿模型分析计算磁动势导致的力波,与实际情况吻合很好。根据理论分析的结果,调整了定子绕组的相带布置,实践证明改造后定子铁心振动得到有效抑制,机组噪音减小。The 18th unit in Three Gorges Right Bank Power Station made loud noise during running.The measurements showed that stator core vibrate too much which contained an explicit vibration of 100Hz component.This article started with the magnetic harmonics generated by the stator windings fractional slot,then calculated the distribution coefficients of these magnetic harmonics.The article also presented a novel "comb" model to analyze the force wave generated by the mutual effect between magnetic harmonics and fundamental magnetic wave,which matched the actual phenomena quite well.According to the theory analysis,the stator winding of 18th unit changed its phase belt.After reconstructed,practice proved that the vibration of 100Hz component had been dramatically suppressed,also noise was reduced.
