摘 要:为了研究集料的衰变机理及规律,为热再生混合料的级配恢复打下基础,通过旋转压实试验来模拟不同级配的集料破碎情况,结合集料受力模型分析集料的衰变机理及规律.试验结果表明:旋转次数对集料破碎影响不大,破碎在试验初期已经完成;连续级配的破碎程度明显小于骨架级配,但会形成较多的细集料;4.750 mm颗粒是稳定的受力点和粗细集料的转折点,因此破碎过程中会在4.750 mm颗粒处形成峰值以构造骨架结构.骨架结构在破碎时优先形成该粒径的下一级粒径,当形成足够的支撑点分散应力时,集料不再继续破碎.用分计筛余的变化差值表征破碎程度是可行的,用旋转压实试验可以模拟级配破碎规律.The rule and mechanism of aggregates crushing are studied to lay a foundation for hot recycling of asphalt mixture.Gyratory compaction tests were taken to simulate aggregates crushing,and the force model of aggregates was used to analyze the mechanism of aggregates crushing.The test results show that the times of gyratory compaction have little influence on aggregates crushing since the aggregates are broken at the initial period.The fragmentation degree of aggregates with continuous gradation is lower than that of aggregates with framework gradation,while the former may produce more fine aggregate.The 4.75mm is the mainforce bearing point,and it is the turning point of coarse and fine aggregates.In crushing process a peek is formed at 4.750 mm aggregates to construct the framework structure.The aggregates of framework structure break into the lower size firstly,and when there are enough force bearing points the aggregates would stop breaking.It is feasible to express the degree of aggregates fragmentation by the difference of sieve residue.Gyratory compaction tests can be used to simulate aggregates fragmentation.
