摘　　要：根据网通公司电话银行系统的现状和公司对系统省级集中控制的需求,基于先进的网络应用开发中间件ACE自适配通信环境,设计并实现了网通话费代收系统。In this paper,according to the present status of Netcom telephone backing system and the provincial demand of centralized control and basing on the middleware ACE adaptive communication environment of the advanced network,we design and implement a system for Netcom in order to substitute call charging.
