社区脑卒中患者影响血压控制因素情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响社区脑卒中患者血压控制因素的作用。方法采用问卷的方法对上海市徐汇区漕河泾街道和华泾镇412例脑卒中患者进行调查,数据采用构成比描述,Spearman单因素相关分析和多元线性回归分析。结果脑卒中患者对高血压的经济条件、认知水平、患者的文化程度和医疗付费方式等因素与患者对控制高血压行为有显著相关性(r=0.23,0.17,0.21,0.19;P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者控制高血压行为受患者对高血压的认知水平、文化程度、经济条件和医疗付费方式等因素影响,而患者控制高血压行为的积极与否又直接影响高血压的病程和高血压的严重程度。OBJECTIVE To explore the impact communities in patients with cerebral apoplexy blood pressure control of factors.METHODS Questionnaire method of Shanghai Xuhui District Caohejing Streets and China＇s town 412 patients with cerebral apoplexy investigation,data using the constituent ratios of description,Spearman single factor correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis.The results of hypertension patients with cerebral apoplexy of economic condition and cognitive level,a patient＇s cultural degree,medical treatment pay mode with factors such as hypertension patients control behavior has significant correlation（r= 0.23,0.17,0.21,0.19,P0.05）.CONCLUSION Patients with cerebral apoplexy control of hypertension patients with hypertension behaviour is the cognitive level,educational level,economic condition,medical payment related to such factors,and the positive behavior control of hypertension patients and directly influence of hypertension,whether the severity of the course and hypertension.
