摘　　要：笔者回顾了可靠性研究的发展历程并总结了其研究现状,介绍了产品可靠性研究的基本概念及常用的可靠性指标,系统分析了时代背景和中国社会经济发展对电力产品提出的新要求,结合目前中国电网的发展趋势、智能电网建设的需求及电网电力部门的管理模式变化等时代信息,阐明了进行电力产品可靠性研究的契机和广阔发展空间。在此基础上结合对电力产品开展全寿命周期管理进行了分析和讨论,阐述了对电力产品进行可靠性研究的重要性、必要性和迫切性。This paper reviews the development process of the reliability research and summarizes the status of the research.General concept and commonly used reliability index of product reliability are described in detail.The new requirements for electrical equipments in China are comprehensively analyzed,and the opportunity and the development space for reliability study of electrical equipments are clarified by considering current development trend of power grid in China,the demand for construction of smart grid,and the change in management mode of grid and electric power administrations.Based on the research of reliability,life cycle cost management for electrical equipments is analyzed,and the significance,necessity and urgency of the reliability research for electrical equipments are clearly described.
