摘 要:基于电声脉冲空间电荷测量方法,测量了聚乙烯片状试样在常温(△T=0℃)及温度梯度(△T=40℃)下、不同电压极性(±50 MV/m)作用2h过程中聚乙烯内的电荷积聚和场强分布特性,同时测量了加压2h后不同反转极性对温度梯度场下聚乙烯内电荷积聚和瞬态电场的影响.结果表明:无论反转极性如何,最大瞬态电场畸变率近似相同;电压极性从正到负反转过程中,最大瞬态电场出现在高温侧,而从负到正反转过程中,最大瞬态电场出现在低温侧;电压极性从正到负反转达到最大瞬态电场所需的时间更短.By using pulse-electro-acoustic space charge measurement method, space charge accumulation and field distribution of polyethylene (PE) films were measured respectively at room temperature (△T=0℃) and under temperature gradient (△T=40℃), when positive or negative DC of 50 MV/m was applied for 2 h. And the space charge profiles and field distributions under temperature gradient were investigated during the different reverse polarity. The tests show that the maximal field enhancement factor remains almost unchanged whatever the reverse polarity is. The maximal transient field appears near the high temperature side during voltage polarity rever- sal from positive to negative but near the low temperature side during voltage polarity reversal from negative to positive, and the spent period gets shorter to reach the maximum during polarity reversal from positive to negative than during the opposite reversal.
