摘 要:目的探讨鬼针草总黄酮对家兔血小板聚集的影响。方法以二磷酸腺苷(adenosine diphosphate,ADP)及凝血酶(thrombase,Thr)作诱导剂,体外给予不同浓度鬼针草总黄酮溶液,比浊法测定血小板聚集率,观察鬼针草总黄酮对血小板聚集的抑制作用及量效关系。结果高、中剂量鬼针草总黄酮可降低由ADP所诱导的血小板最大聚集率(P<0.01),血小板聚集抑制率可达45.82%和28.65%;高、中剂量鬼针草总黄酮可降低由Thr所诱导的血小板最大聚集率(P<0.01),血小板聚集抑制率分别达48.36%,33.82%,作用强度呈浓度依赖性。结论鬼针草总黄酮对体外由ADP和Thr所诱导的血小板聚集具有较强的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effects of total flavones from Bindens bipinnata L.on rabbit platelet aggregation. Methods Platelet aggregation was induced by adenosine diphoshate(ADP) or thrombase(Thr),the inhibitory effects and dose-dependent relationship of total flavones from Bindens bipinnata L.were observed in vitro by turbidimetric method. Results The high and middlle dose of total flavones from Bindens bipinnata L.significantly suppressed the maximum platelet agglutination induced by ADP(P0.01),while the blocking rate of blood platelet aggregation was 45.82% and 28.65%,respectively.Additionally,these two doses of total flavones also demonstrated a strong restriction on the maximum platelet agglutination induced by Thr(P0.01),in which the curbing rate of blood platelet aggregation was reached to 48.36% and 33.82%,respectively.Total flavones exhibit a dose dependent manner. Conclusion Total flavones from Bindens bipinnata L.possesses powerful inhibitory abilities against the platelet aggregation induced by ADP and Thr in vitro.
