摘　　要："安全、稳定、经济、清洁的现代能源产业体系"为"十二五"时期增强能源供给能力、为经济社会稳定发展提供有力保障指明了目标和方向。本文在阐述现代能源产业体系的内涵及其特征的基础上,提出了构建现代能源产业体系的具体路径:加强能源先进技术的研发和应用,加快能源自主创新;增强能源资源供给保障能力;形成合理的能源产业结构;积极发展新型电力;建立并完善现代能源市场体系;继续扩大能源国际合作。A safe,reliable,economical and clean modern energy industry system will guarantee the power supply for sustainable development of economy in China during the Twelfth Five-year Plan period.This article,having elaborated the connotations and features of modern energy industry system,presents the approaches to constructing such a system,which include promoting the researches and applications of advanced energy technologies and accelerating relevant independent innovations;raising the capacity of power resources supply;creating a reasonable energy industry structure;developing new type electric power;building and perfecting a modern energy market;and strengthening international cooperation in energy-related aspects.
