摘　　要：单胺类神经递质及其代谢产物是与抑郁症密切相关的生化物质,准确分析这些物质对于抑郁症的诊断以及抗抑郁药物作用机制研究具有重要意义。本文对目前已建立的生物样本中抑郁症相关生化物质分析方法及其研究进展作一综述。Monoamines and their metabolites are important biochemicals that relevant to depression.Analyzing them could lay good foundations for the diagnosis of depression and studies of work mechanisms of action of antidepressants.Analytical methods and research progress for monitoring biochemicals relevant to depression were reviewed in this paper.
